새해를 맞아, 내가 현재 일하고 있는 팀의 장점을 꼽아봤다. 그동안 너무 비판만 한 것 같다. 솔직히 몇몇 경영진만 아니면, 우리팀의 환경은 그다지 나쁘지 않다.
- Focusing on the funded work.
- Setting priorities, if needed.
- Short, but regular meetings.
- Continously check projects progress and redistribute works.
- Partly accept the personal needs for technical capability improvements.
- Having a team lead who is trying to insulate the external interruptions.

팀 자체의 문제보다는 회사 자체의 문제가 있는 편이죠. 쩝.
