Many people believe in the power of the collective.
They used to talk about the benefits of becoming the one of ‘us’.
Especially, Korean likes to say ‘We ……’ instead of ‘I….’.
The most important thing they think is the destiny of the collective.
They always say, “You should sacrifice yourself if the collective asks you to do so.” or “The one man means nothing. There is only ‘we’ or ‘us’.”
In this society(I like to call this ‘the collective’.), the individual is nothing.
If there is someone who wants to be the individual or have a personal life, ‘We’ make him fall though the cracks.
I have a hatred for the society like this.
I just want to live independently.
Do I want too much?
